The Seal Function
We had a great time providing our services to the Seal Family at Two Lights State Park in Cape Elizabeth. The area provided to us for set up was spectacular and the event went off without a hitch.
We had rave reviews for our clam chowder and the strawberry shortcake went fast! There were a variety of meals and not a lot of left overs.
I think we had as much fun as the Seals did. Interacting with everyone brought on conversation about the way our events are put together. We love to talk to people about what we do.

The Schaedler Function
We recently returned to the home of the Schaedlers for a wedding rehearsal dinner. This was our second function for the Schaedlers and we were honored that they asked us back to provide our services. In the pictures you can see the basic set up for their function and.....a little Alan Jackson line dancing to top it off.

Beach To Beacon 2009
This was at our function for the Beach To Beacon. Together with Churchill Caterers, we provided a lobster bake for the elite runners and their host families.
In the picture you can see how many lobsters we had in one steamer. In all we steamed 450 lobsters!! The best part.....they were all done at the same time so all the guests were able to eat together.

The White Mountain National Forest
We just came back from a function for FW Webb Company. It was their annual motorcycle ride through the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We set up at "The Basin" which was so beautiful.
When we say "we'll come to you", we really mean it!!
